The Texas College Democrats today announced that former President Gabrielle (Gabi) Harris has been made a Fellow of the Federation, the highest honor bestowed by the Federation.
Gabrielle was president of the Texas College Democrats in 2020, and was elected as national president of the College Democrats of America shortly thereafter. Outside the college Democrats sphere, Gabrielle worked for Beto O'Rourke's Senate campaign in 2018, Elizabeth Warren's presidential campaign in 2020, and the Democratic National Committee in the Office of the Secretary.
"We are proud to make Gabi our first Fellow" said President J.J. Martinez. "Gabi served our state and our country as no other leader has, setting the bar high for us all. She embodies servant leadership, and we are grateful for all she has done for us. There is no one more deserving of this honor."
